Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the fresh corn and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir continuously.
  • Season with salt and pepper, adjusting to taste.
  • Remove from heat and fold in the Parmesan cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs with melted butter.
  • Grease a baking dish and pour in the corn mixture.
  • Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top.
  • Top with chopped green onions.
