  • In another bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.
  • In a third bowl, mix sugar and additional cinnamon for coating.
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  • Dip apple strips in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Fry apple fries in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove from oil and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over warm apple fries.
  • Serve warm with dipping sauces like caramel or chocolate.

Notes
