Instructions
 

  • 1. Cook the Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Stir occasionally.
  • 2. Add Taco Seasoning: Drain excess fat, reduce heat to medium, and add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3. Warm Taco Shells: In a separate skillet, warm each taco shell for about 30 seconds on each side until soft.
  • 4. Prepare the Toppings: Shred lettuce, slice pickles, and shred cheese. Arrange toppings on a platter.
  • 5. Assemble the Tacos: Fill each taco shell with seasoned beef, lettuce, pickles, cheese, and special sauce. Add diced tomato if desired.
