  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar To sweeten the brownie batter.
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour For structure.
  • 2 large Eggs For moisture and binding.
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Melted for richness.

Cream Cheese Filling Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened for filling.
  • 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar To sweeten the filling.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract For flavor enhancement.
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries (optional) For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
  • Sift together cocoa powder and flour, then fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • In another bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Fill each muffin tin cavity with brownie batter, add cream cheese filling, and top with more brownie batter.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh berries before serving.
