Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
Sift together cocoa powder and flour, then fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
In another bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
Fill each muffin tin cavity with brownie batter, add cream cheese filling, and top with more brownie batter.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh berries before serving.
