Instructions

  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • 3. Fold in the dried cranberries and crushed pecans into the mixture, ensuring even distribution.
  • 4. Shape the mixture into a ball using clean hands.
  • 5. Roll the cheese ball in additional crushed pecans to coat the outside.
  • 6. Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  • 7. Before serving, let the cheese ball sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.
