Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Prepare your pizza dough on a clean, floured surface and roll it out to about 12 inches in diameter.
Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread 1 cup of pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
Add 1 cup of sliced pickles on top of the cheese, distributing them evenly.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning over the toppings.
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes if desired.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil around the edges of the dough.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Slice into wedges and serve hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
