Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough

  • 1 pound Pizza Dough Pre-made or homemade, rolled out to desired thickness.

Pizza Sauce

  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce Store-bought or homemade.

Cheese

  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese For gooey texture.

Pickles

  • 1 cup Sliced Dill Pickles Thinly sliced for even distribution.

Olive Oil

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For brushing the edges of the dough.

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning For added flavor.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional, adjust to taste.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Prepare your pizza dough on a clean, floured surface and roll it out to about 12 inches in diameter.
  • Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread 1 cup of pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  • Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  • Add 1 cup of sliced pickles on top of the cheese, distributing them evenly.
  • Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning over the toppings.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes if desired.
  • Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil around the edges of the dough.
  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Slice into wedges and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
