Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • 2. Grease a round cake pan with oil or butter and dust with flour.
  • 3. Wash, peel, and grate the potatoes. Squeeze out excess moisture.
  • 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine grated potatoes, flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • 5. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  • 6. Pour the egg and milk mixture into the potato mixture and stir gently.
  • 7. Fold in the chopped herbs.
  • 8. Transfer the batter to the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
