Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
Once the tater tots are done, sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the top.
Add the sliced jalapeños on top of the cheese.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a minute.
Transfer the cheesy tater tots to a serving platter.
Sprinkle chopped green onions and black beans over the top.
Drizzle sour cream and guacamole over the nachos.
Add salsa on the side or drizzle over the nachos.
