Cheese

  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions Adds freshness and color.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Once the tater tots are done, sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the top.
  • Add the sliced jalapeños on top of the cheese.
  • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a minute.
  • Transfer the cheesy tater tots to a serving platter.
  • Sprinkle chopped green onions and black beans over the top.
  • Drizzle sour cream and guacamole over the nachos.
  • Add salsa on the side or drizzle over the nachos.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
