  • 3 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup Adds creaminess and binds the ingredients.
  • 1 cup Sour Cream Provides a tangy note and moisture.
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese Preferably a mix of cheddar and mozzarella.
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables Such as peas and carrots.
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Plain or seasoned, for topping.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted To mix with breadcrumbs.

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Stir until well-coated.
  • Add the shredded cheese, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir gently to incorporate.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Mix until fully coated.
  • Evenly sprinkle the buttery breadcrumbs over the chicken mixture.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes
