Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Stir until well-coated.
Add the shredded cheese, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir gently to incorporate.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Mix until fully coated.
Evenly sprinkle the buttery breadcrumbs over the chicken mixture.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
