Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and drain the canned pineapple chunks.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy and smooth.
  • Gradually add the granulated sugar while continuing to beat until fluffy.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula.
  • Add the drained pineapple chunks and fold gently to combine.
  • Stir in the mini marshmallows evenly.
  • If using, add the chopped nuts and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or individual cups and smooth the top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Stir gently before serving and garnish if desired.
