Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients on a clean work surface.
  • Soften cream cheese in a bowl until spreadable.
  • Spread a layer of cream cheese over the tortilla.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the cream cheese.
  • Add diced vegetables evenly over the cheese.
  • If using, add diced protein over the vegetables.
  • Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly from one end.
  • Slice the rolled tortilla into 1-2 inch pieces.
  • Place pinwheels on a serving platter, cut side up.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

These pinwheels can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
