Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until evenly coated.
Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and sour cream, mixing until combined.
Gently fold in the sliced strawberries and bananas.
Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
Turn off the oven and crack the door, allowing the cheesecake to cool for 1 hour.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Top with whipped topping and additional fruit before serving.
