  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs Finely crushed for a smooth crust.
  • 0.5 cups Unsalted Butter Melted to bind the crumbs.
  • 0.25 cups Granulated Sugar To sweeten the crust.

Filling Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese Softened and at room temperature.
  • 0.5 cups Powdered Sugar For sweetness in the filling.
  • 1 cup Sour Cream Adds tanginess to the filling.
  • 1.5 cups Fresh Strawberries Sliced for filling and topping.
  • 2 pieces Fresh Bananas Sliced for filling.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Enhances flavor.
  • 1 cup Whipped Topping Optional for serving.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until evenly coated.
  • Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and sour cream, mixing until combined.
  • Gently fold in the sliced strawberries and bananas.
  • Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  • Turn off the oven and crack the door, allowing the cheesecake to cool for 1 hour.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  • Top with whipped topping and additional fruit before serving.
