Instructions
Gather all ingredients, ensuring black beans are rinsed and drained.
If using fresh corn, slice kernels off the cob; if frozen, thaw it for 10-15 minutes.
Finely chop the red onion into small pieces.
Dice the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces, removing excess seeds if desired.
In a large mixing bowl, combine black beans, sweet corn, red onion, and tomatoes.
Add chopped cilantro to the mixture.
Squeeze lime juice over the ingredients, catching any seeds.
