  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Extra virgin olive oil.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder For flavor.

  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the ingredients by cutting the salmon, pineapple, bell peppers, and red onion into uniform sizes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Whisk until blended.
  • Add salmon and vegetables to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Assemble the kebabs by threading salmon, pineapple, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating ingredients.
  • Grill the kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
  • Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For variations, consider adding spices, different vegetables, or fruits like mango. Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.
