  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced finely.
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Melted.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Extra virgin.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Remove from heat and let the garlic butter mixture cool slightly.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Brush half of the garlic butter over the seasoned chicken breasts.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
  • Pour the remaining garlic butter mixture over the chicken.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness.
  • Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
