Instructions
Gather all your ingredients. Ensure the sausages are cut into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the sausage pieces and sauté until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sausage and garlic mixture. Stir well to combine.
Pour in the heavy cream and mix thoroughly. Add reserved pasta water as needed to reach desired consistency.
Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
