Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients. Ensure the sausages are cut into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the sausage pieces and sauté until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  • Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sausage and garlic mixture. Stir well to combine.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and mix thoroughly. Add reserved pasta water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat with a splash of cream or water.
