Instructions
 

  • 1. Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper. Let sit for 10 minutes.

  • 4. Flip the steak bites, add minced garlic, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • 5. Remove steak from skillet and cover with foil to keep warm.
  • 6. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter, then add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • 7. Whisk in grated Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  • 8. Return steak bites to the skillet, toss in the sauce, and heat through.
  • 9. Adjust seasoning if necessary, then serve garnished with chives.
