Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and equipment.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, add the semi-sweet chocolate chips and heat them in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Allow the melted chocolate to cool slightly before adding it to the cream cheese mixture. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula until just combined.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and spread it out smoothly.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate cookie crumbs evenly over the top.
  • Add the gummy worms on top of the cookie crumbs.
  • Add any edible decorations to enhance the graveyard scene.
  • Arrange assorted dippers around the bowl for serving.

Notes

This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Add decorations right before serving.
