Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs For a crispy coating.
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Enhances flavor and helps coating adhere.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder For flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder For flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste.
  • 1 large Egg Beaten, to bind breadcrumbs.

Cooking Spray

  • 1 spray Cooking Spray For coating the air fryer basket.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the chicken by cutting it into uniform bite-sized pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, beat the egg lightly.
  • Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the nuggets in a single layer.
  • Cook the nuggets for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Remove the nuggets and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
