Instructions
Prepare the chicken by cutting it into uniform bite-sized pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, beat the egg lightly.
Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the nuggets in a single layer.
Cook the nuggets for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Remove the nuggets and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
