Instructions
Prepare your ingredients: wash and peel the potatoes, carrots, and onion. Dice the potatoes and cut the carrots into thick slices. Chop the onion finely.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces. Drain excess fat.
In the slow cooker, combine the browned turkey, diced potatoes, chopped carrots, and minced garlic. Pour in the vegetable broth.
Add the tomato paste and stir well to incorporate.
