  • 8 ounces Brie Cheese Soft, creamy cheese that melts beautifully.
  • 4 ounces Prosciutto Thinly sliced for layering.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey High-quality honey for drizzling.
  • 1 pound Round Bread Loaf Medium-sized, sturdy bread like sourdough.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs (optional) Finely chopped thyme or rosemary for flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut a circular top off the round bread loaf using a serrated knife.
  • Hollow out the center of the loaf, leaving about an inch of bread on the sides and bottom.
  • Place the hollowed-out bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Place the wheel of brie inside the hollowed bread bowl.
  • Layer the prosciutto on top of the brie.
  • Drizzle honey over the prosciutto and brie.
  • Sprinkle fresh herbs over the top if using.
  • Place the top piece of bread back on the loaf.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm with sliced bread wedges for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy within a couple of days.
