Round Bread Loaf
Medium-sized, sturdy bread like sourdough.

Finely chopped thyme or rosemary for flavor.
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut a circular top off the round bread loaf using a serrated knife.
Hollow out the center of the loaf, leaving about an inch of bread on the sides and bottom.
Place the hollowed-out bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place the wheel of brie inside the hollowed bread bowl.
Layer the prosciutto on top of the brie.
Drizzle honey over the prosciutto and brie.
Sprinkle fresh herbs over the top if using.
Place the top piece of bread back on the loaf.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve warm with sliced bread wedges for dipping.
