Instructions
Prepare your ingredients by chopping the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery.

Transfer the mixture into the slow cooker and spread evenly.
Pour beef broth over the mixture, ensuring it covers the ingredients.
Set slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, add egg noodles to the slow cooker and stir.
