Beef Tips

  • 2 pounds Beef tips (chuck or round) Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Noodles

  • 8 ounces Egg noodles Wide or thin, based on preference.

Broth

  • 4 cups Beef broth Low-sodium recommended.

Vegetables

  • 1 medium Onion, chopped Adds sweetness and flavor.
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced For aromatic flavor.
  • 2 cups Carrots, diced Adds sweetness and color.
  • 1 cup Celery, diced For subtle earthiness.

Seasonings

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce For umami flavor.

Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your ingredients by chopping the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery.
  • In a large bowl, combine the beef tips, chopped onion, minced garlic, diced carrots, and diced celery. Toss to coat.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to distribute seasoning.
  • Transfer the mixture into the slow cooker and spread evenly.
  • Pour beef broth over the mixture, ensuring it covers the ingredients.
  • Set slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, add egg noodles to the slow cooker and stir.
  • Continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm in bowls.
