Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a square baking pan (8×8 inches) by greasing it lightly or lining it with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
In another bowl, melt butter and mix with sugar until smooth.
Add eggs to the butter mixture and beat until fully incorporated.
Slowly mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are set but center is soft.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Cut into squares and top with sprinkles before serving.
