Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients on a clean countertop.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise.
  • Incorporate the minced garlic into the mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
  • Add the freshly grated Parmesan cheese and mix well.
  • Squeeze in the lemon juice and mix to combine.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
  • Season with salt and black pepper, then stir to combine.
  • If using, add the anchovy paste and mix until smooth.
  • Whisk until the dressing is smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
