Ingredients
  

Tortillas

  • 4 pieces Tortillas (flour or corn) 8-inch tortillas work best for bite-sized portions.

Cream Cheese

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened to room temperature.

Shredded Cheese

  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Mix of sharp cheddar and mozzarella or any cheese of your choice.

Vegetables

  • 1 cup Chopped Vegetables Bell peppers, onions, or spinach.

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Fresh Herbs

  • 0.25 cup Chopped Fresh Herbs Cilantro or parsley.

Olive Oil

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For cooking the tortilla bites.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients on a clean workspace. Make sure your cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the shredded cheese, stirring until well blended.
  • Add the chopped vegetables to the cheese mixture and stir well.
  • Season the mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and freshly chopped herbs. Mix thoroughly.
  • Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the creamy filling onto the center of the tortilla.
  • Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly from the bottom up.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Flip the tortilla bites to brown the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Transfer the tortilla bites to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess oil.
  • Let them cool slightly before slicing each tortilla bite into bite-sized pieces.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces, such as salsa or guacamole.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in a skillet for best texture.
