  • 4 whole English Muffins Sliced in half horizontally.
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese For a gooey texture.
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Sliced.
  • 1 cup Diced Bell Peppers Any color.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For brushing the muffins.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning For flavor enhancement.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper Basic seasonings.
  • handful Fresh Basil Optional for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice the English muffins in half horizontally.
  • Mix olive oil with a pinch of salt and pepper, then brush onto the cut sides of each muffin half.
  • Place the brushed muffin halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  • Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce over each muffin half.
  • Sprinkle about ¼ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each muffin half.
  • Add sliced cherry tomatoes and diced bell peppers evenly on top of the cheese.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top of each muffin.
  • Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a minute, then garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
  • Serve immediately while warm.
