Oil for Frying
Canola or vegetable oil works well.
Dipping Sauce (optional)

Instructions
Gather all your ingredients and set up three separate bowls for the flour, egg wash, and crushed Hot Cheetos.
In the first bowl, add ½ cup of all-purpose flour.
In the second bowl, crack 2 large eggs and whisk them until well combined.
In the third bowl, pour about 2 cups of crushed Hot Cheetos.
Take each mozzarella stick and roll it in the flour, ensuring it is coated evenly.
Dip the floured mozzarella stick into the egg wash, making sure it is completely coated.
Roll the egg-coated mozzarella stick in the crushed Hot Cheetos, pressing gently to ensure the coating sticks well.
Place the coated mozzarella sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Heat 2-3 cups of oil in a deep frying pot or a large skillet over medium heat.
Carefully add a few mozzarella sticks to the hot oil and fry them for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove the fried mozzarella sticks from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate.
Repeat the frying process until all mozzarella sticks are cooked.
Serve immediately while warm and melty, paired with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
