Instructions
 

  • Prepare your bread machine by ensuring the bread pan is clean and properly fitted.
  • In a measuring cup, combine warm water and honey, stirring until dissolved. Add this mixture to the bread pan first.
  • Add vegetable oil and rolled oats to the bread pan.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together bread flour, salt, and active dry yeast, keeping salt and yeast separated until ready to mix.
  • Carefully add the flour mixture to the bread pan, covering the wet ingredients completely. Create a slight well in the center for the yeast.
  • Close the bread machine lid, select the basic bread setting, and choose a medium crust setting.
  • Press start and let the machine bake for about 3 to 4 hours.
  • Once baking is complete, remove the bread pan and let it cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  • Slice the bread with a serrated knife and enjoy fresh or store in an airtight container.

Notes

For variations, consider adding mashed bananas, different types of flour, or seeds for extra flavor and nutrition.
