  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground is best.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Herbs (optional) Such as thyme or oregano.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut sourdough bread into 1-inch cubes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed sourdough bread with olive oil.
  • Add garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and dried herbs. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
