Instructions
Set your Instant Pot to the sauté function and heat up.
Add the ground beef or turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the diced onion and bell pepper, sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Seal the lid and set to cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
Let the Instant Pot naturally release pressure for 10 minutes, then switch to venting.
Open the lid, stir the chili, and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
