Main Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Beef Brisket High-quality cut with good marbling.
  • 2 medium Onions Sliced.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 cups Beef Broth To keep brisket moist.
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce Your favorite type.
  • 1 tablespoon Salt To taste.
  • 0.5 tablespoon Black Pepper Freshly cracked.

Bread

  • 4 rolls Sandwich Rolls Fresh and crusty.

Optional Toppings

  • Pickles For crunch and tang.
  • Coleslaw For added flavor and texture.

Instructions
 

  • Pat the brisket dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and sear the brisket for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • Remove brisket and sauté onions until translucent.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Pour in beef broth and deglaze the pan.
  • Return brisket to the pot, cover, and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  • Remove brisket and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
  • Mix BBQ sauce with remaining broth and let it thicken.
  • Slice brisket against the grain and assemble sandwiches with sauce, pickles, and coleslaw.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For variations, consider adding jalapeños, cheese, or different types of bread.
