  • 4 pieces Ripe kiwis Choose kiwis that are slightly soft to the touch.
  • 1 medium Banana A ripe banana adds natural sweetness.

Vegetables

  • 1 cup Spinach Optional, increases nutritional value.

Dairy

  • 1 cup Yogurt Can use plain, Greek, or flavored yogurt.

Liquid

  • 1 cup Milk Can use dairy or plant-based milk.

Sweetener

  • 1-2 tablespoons Honey or agave syrup Optional, adjust based on sweetness preference.

Ice

  • 1 cup Ice cubes For a thicker consistency.

Instructions
 

  • Peel the kiwis and cut them into quarters. Place in a blender.
  • Peel and slice the banana, then add it to the blender.
  • If using, add the spinach to the blender.
  • Pour in the yogurt.
  • Add the milk to the blender.
  • Add honey or agave syrup if desired.
  • Add ice cubes to the blender.
  • Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or texture if needed.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
