  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened for easy mixing.
  • 8 oz Whipped Topping Adds lightness to the filling.

  • 1/2 cup Milk Helps create a smooth filling.

Chocolate Syrup

  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Syrup Drizzle between layers.

Instructions
 

  • Start by crushing the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin.
  • Mix the crushed cookies with unsweetened cocoa powder.
  • Melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter and pour it over the cookie mixture. Stir until well-coated.
  • Press the chocolate cookie mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form an even layer.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Mix in the mint extract and milk to the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  • Spread half of the cream cheese filling evenly over the chocolate cookie crust.
  • Drizzle half of the chocolate syrup over the cream cheese layer.
  • Add another layer of the remaining chocolate cookie crumbs, followed by the rest of the cream cheese filling and more chocolate syrup.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  • Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings or chips, cut into squares, and serve chilled.

Notes

This dessert can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
