Pour in crushed tomatoes and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
Add pasta, ensuring it is submerged in the liquid.
Stir in Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Check pasta for doneness. If needed, continue to simmer until al dente.
Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
Garnish with chopped basil and serve hot.
