Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss thoroughly to coat.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the rack.
Bake the wings for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Check for crispiness and bake longer if needed.
Prepare the BBQ sauce if making homemade, or use store-bought.
Once the wings are crispy, transfer them to a bowl and drizzle BBQ sauce over them. Toss gently to coat.
Return the coated wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
Let the wings rest for a few minutes before garnishing with parsley and serving.
