Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss thoroughly to coat.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the rack.
  • Bake the wings for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Check for crispiness and bake longer if needed.
  • Prepare the BBQ sauce if making homemade, or use store-bought.
  • Once the wings are crispy, transfer them to a bowl and drizzle BBQ sauce over them. Toss gently to coat.
  • Return the coated wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
  • Let the wings rest for a few minutes before garnishing with parsley and serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
