Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 8 ounces Pasta (fusilli, penne, farfalle, etc.) Choose a shape that holds up well during baking.

Seasonings

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For crispiness and flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste.
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Optional for added flavor.

Garnish

  • to taste Fresh Herbs (parsley or basil) For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • 1. Boil the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes).
  • 2. Drain and Cool: Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse under cold water. Allow to cool and ensure it is completely dry.
  • 3. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • 4. Season the Pasta: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Add Parmesan cheese if using.
  • 5. Arrange on Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seasoned pasta in a single layer.
  • 6. Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy, checking occasionally.
  • 7. Cool and Serve: Let the pasta chips cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
