Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon fillets.
  • Generously sprinkle the spice mixture over the salmon fillets.
  • Carefully place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the salmon in the air fryer for approximately 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Serve the blackened salmon immediately, garnished with fresh herbs or lemon wedges.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat gently in the air fryer.
