  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper Cut into chunks.
  • 1 medium Onion Cut into wedges.
  • 1 medium Zucchini Sliced into thick rounds.
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil For marinating.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder For flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For smokiness.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt For seasoning.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper For a touch of heat.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice For brightness.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your ingredients by cutting the chicken and vegetables into uniform pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Toss to coat.
  • Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Assemble the skewers by alternating chicken and vegetables on skewers.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place skewers in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove skewers and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
