Ingredients
  

Shrimp

  • 1 pound Large shrimp (21-25 count) Fresh or frozen, thawed and patted dry.

Oil

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Extra virgin for best flavor.

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked or sweet.
  • 0.5 lemon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed.

Seasoning

  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 dash Black pepper

Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Thaw shrimp if frozen, then pat dry.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
  • Add shrimp to the bowl and coat thoroughly. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Remove shrimp when golden brown and opaque. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days. Reheat in the air fryer.
