Instructions
Thaw shrimp if frozen, then pat dry.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
Add shrimp to the bowl and coat thoroughly. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Remove shrimp when golden brown and opaque. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
