Instructions
Gather all your ingredients on a clean work surface and prepare your utensils.
In a mixing bowl, add the ground turkey and break it up gently.
Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried sage, dried thyme, and red pepper flakes over the ground turkey.
Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture.
Gently mix the ingredients together without overworking the mixture.
Cook a small amount of the mixture in a skillet to taste and adjust seasoning.
Form the sausage mixture into patties or links.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sausage for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
Transfer the cooked sausage to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Serve hot, either on its own or as part of a larger meal.
