Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the egg and mix until fully incorporated.

  • Drop rounded balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, until edges are set but centers are slightly underbaked.
