Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

  • Coat each mozzarella stick in flour, shaking off excess.
  • Dip the floured mozzarella stick into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Roll the egg-coated mozzarella stick in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Place the coated mozzarella sticks on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.
  • Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Let cool for a minute before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Leftover mozzarella sticks can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the oven to restore crispiness.
