  • Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups of Chex cereal.
  • Add 1 cup of mixed nuts to the bowl.
  • Incorporate 1 cup of mini pretzels into the mix.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce, 1/4 cup of vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
  • Pour the buffalo sauce mixture over the Chex, nuts, and pretzels, and gently fold the ingredients together.
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Once baked, let the Chex mix cool completely on the baking sheet.
  • Transfer the Chex mix to an airtight container for storage.
