Aim for a loaf that weighs around 1 pound.

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Make diagonal cuts across the top of the loaf, about 1-inch apart, without slicing all the way through.
Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, parsley, and garlic-butter mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Fill each cut in the bread with the cheese mixture, packing it in generously.
Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.
Let the bread cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to restore crispiness.
