Beaten with a splash of water for egg wash.
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Stir in garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
Roll out the pie crusts to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into circles, approximately 4-5 inches in diameter.
Place a heaping tablespoon of filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold and seal the edges.
Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with egg wash.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
