Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
Add cold, cubed butter to the dry ingredients and cut in until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Pour in milk and mix gently until the dough comes together.
Fold in mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface about 3-4 times.
Roll the dough into a ½-inch thick rectangle and cut into 3-inch squares.
Place a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square, fold corners over, and pinch to seal.
Place sealed bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder or Italian seasoning.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving warm.
