  • ¾ cup Milk Room temperature for mixing.

Filling

  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Opt for fresh mozzarella.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Adds flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Blend of herbs.
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
  • Add cold, cubed butter to the dry ingredients and cut in until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Pour in milk and mix gently until the dough comes together.
  • Fold in mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
  • Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface about 3-4 times.
  • Roll the dough into a ½-inch thick rectangle and cut into 3-inch squares.
  • Place a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square, fold corners over, and pinch to seal.
  • Place sealed bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder or Italian seasoning.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving warm.
