Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded leftover turkey and season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and arrange the bottom halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the bottom halves of the buns.
Layer the seasoned turkey evenly across the bottom buns.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the turkey.
Top with fresh vegetables like lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
Place the top halves of the slider buns back on the assembled sliders.
Brush the tops of the slider buns lightly with olive oil.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.
