  • 4 cups Fresh Romaine Lettuce Chopped and washed thoroughly.
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved.
  • 1 cup Cucumber Diced into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Diced, mix of colors.
  • 6 ounces Pepperoni Sliced.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Extra virgin.
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • Salt To taste.
  • Black Pepper Freshly ground, to taste.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients in one place for a smooth cooking experience.
  • Rinse the Romaine lettuce thoroughly under cool running water, pat dry, chop into bite-sized pieces, and place in a large salad bowl.
  • Rinse cherry tomatoes, slice them in half, and add to the bowl with the Romaine lettuce.
  • Wash cucumber, dice into small cubes, and add to the bowl, mixing gently.
  • Wash, deseed, and chop bell peppers into small pieces, then incorporate into the mixture.
  • Add pepperoni to the salad bowl, stirring gently to combine all ingredients.
  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil and red wine vinegar, whisk until emulsified, then drizzle over the salad.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, toss gently, and adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Transfer the salad to a serving platter or individual bowls and serve immediately.
  • Optionally garnish with freshly chopped herbs for added freshness and color.
