Instructions
Gather all ingredients in one place for a smooth cooking experience.
Rinse the Romaine lettuce thoroughly under cool running water, pat dry, chop into bite-sized pieces, and place in a large salad bowl.
Rinse cherry tomatoes, slice them in half, and add to the bowl with the Romaine lettuce.
Wash cucumber, dice into small cubes, and add to the bowl, mixing gently.
Wash, deseed, and chop bell peppers into small pieces, then incorporate into the mixture.
Add pepperoni to the salad bowl, stirring gently to combine all ingredients.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil and red wine vinegar, whisk until emulsified, then drizzle over the salad.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, toss gently, and adjust seasoning to taste.
