  • 3 cups Bok Choy Chopped.
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Grated.
  • 4-5 cups Vegetable Broth Good quality broth.
  • 2-3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil For finishing the soup.
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Chopped, for garnish.
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper Freshly ground.

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large pot over medium heat and add sesame oil until it shimmers.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Incorporate sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes until tender.
  • Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Add frozen potstickers and cook for 6-8 minutes until heated through.
  • Add chopped bok choy and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Season with soy sauce and black pepper to taste.
  • Remove from heat, ladle into bowls, and garnish with green onions and a drizzle of sesame oil.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
