Instructions
 

  • 1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add a pinch of salt. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and transfer to ice water to cool.
  • 2. In a large serving bowl, arrange mixed salad greens as the base.
  • 3. Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and black olives to the greens.
  • 4. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until smooth and season with salt and pepper.
  • 5. Add cooked shrimp to the salad bowl, pour dressing over, and gently toss to combine.
  • 6. Garnish with parsley or chives and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour.
